Here's my transcription of "Ruth Marie" from Mark Kozelek on "Rock'&'roll singer". I put  the chords on the lyrics and I think they are right close to what plays Mark on this beautiful song. But he also plays a lot of riffs along the song which are difficult to transcribe above the lyrics like:
